Our Sourdough is made using traditional artisanal bread making methods with a mother starter which was first made in 2020. We do not use any added yeast, artificial additives, or preservatives.
Each loaf is handmade and the natural leavening requires a total process time of nearly 60 hours owing to slow fermentation and cold proofing. To enjoy this Sourdough, refrigerate immediately on receipt to maintain maximum freshness.
